I occasionally shoot Austin wedding videos and solo shot this highlight myself. Super stressful, but worth it in the end because they loved it. I used 2 Sony A7iii’s, a Nikon D750 backup camera, various lenses, and a DJI Ronin SC gimbal. The gimbal totally could not handle long zoom lenses i.e. Sony A7iii with 24-105 f4. I’ve recently updated my gimbal to the RSC2 and it handles heavier loads much better.

What makes wedding videos better? Story telling from start to finish. I have no formal training editing wedding videos, but I like to tell the couples story by setting the time, location, and mood with voice audio from the wedding. While I don’t know Nicole and Alex on a personal level, they seemed to be just right for one another as you can tell from the awesome wedding day they had in this Austin wedding video.
