I hope you guys enjoyed the last post of me testing out the Google Pixel 2 at Tokyo Auto Salon 2018… I’m back in Houston now and have been a bit busy freelancing and assisting as always. This post will just be about Fat Pat’s Lucky FRS automotive photography in Houston, TX…. actually shot this car sometime last year… sorry for the wait Pat!
We started shooting early in the morning… this image consisted of several exposures for light and one exposure for the background….
Yes… combining images are a PITA but the outcome is worth it…
The sun actually came up quick and didn’t really match the set I was going for…
So we went to parking garage where light didn’t leak through…
It takes a little practice to get lighting down but if you get the concept, it will become natural to you every time you shoot….
This is almost the look of my car minus the rear wing and the RS 1.0 TRD kit…
I definitely could do better Lucky FRS automotive photography in Houston, TX
I think the hardest part of doing a set of photos is keeping the same tones throughout…
Some cars like Pat’s has different shades of color depending how the light hits it…
Works bell hub and Nardi wheel… also my set up…
Still need to work on my interior lighting game a bit… but Patrick chose to TRD all the things… fancy.
Final 50/50 shot of Pat’s 10 series on TE37SL’s…
